Shipping Policy
eDog offers many ways to take delivery of your purchase including:
Local store pick up during our regular business hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 9am – 1pm
Need it by Christmas?
- Regular Australia Post eParcel: Order before 2pm 13 December
- Express Australia Post / Toll: Order before 2pm 20 December
- Startrack Premium Next Day: Order before 12pm on 24 Dec
Delivery within Australia:
eDog dispatches orders daily and we use Express, Toll Express or Australia Post Express as our shipping vendors.
All orders placed before 2:00 PM Perth time, are sent out the same day.
Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.
Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. Contact eDog if you do not receive your purchase within 7 business days upon order placement.
Australian shipping prices are as below:
- Free Shipping Australia-wide for orders over $49
- Toll Express (any state): $5.99, 2-3 business days
- Australia Post Insured Express (WA): $13.95, 1-2 business days
- Australia Post Insured Express (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, ACT, NT): $13.95, 3-5 business days
- Bulk goods over 5kg (such as cages, fences systems & seat covers): Standard only shipment
Delivery Within NZ
- eDog dispatches orders within New Zealand daily and we use Australia Post express as our shipping vendor.
- All orders placed before 2:00 PM Perth time, are sent out the same day.
- Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. Contact eDog if you do not receive your purchase within 7 business days upon order placement.
International Shipping
- eDog ships our products internationally using a wide range of international shipping vendors.
- All orders placed before 2:00 PM Perth time, are sent out the same day.
- Although shipping times vary, most orders are delivered within 2 weeks.
- Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification. Contact eDog if you do not receive your purchase within 3 weeks upon order placement.
- Any additional import or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
