The ARC Handsfree is a 1.2km range e-collar, paired with a Dogtra Handsfree Remote Controller that gives you the freedom to multitask and have discrete control during field operation, making it perfect for hunting dogs and police K9 professionals.

The slim-line ARC receiver collar fits dogs from 7kg upwards and is ergonomically designed to provide an easy fit with the best possible skin contact.

Excellent quality

A must-have training tool provided that it is used correctly and sensibly with the animal’s health and welfare in mind. It is not a punishment tool.

Often only the vibrate function is necessary to correct the animal’s behaviour. I rarely use it above a setting of 20. The unit goes as higher as 127. The 127 setting will make the animal scream with pain.

Once the animal is familiar with the collar, behaviour will often change just at the threat of attaching it (collar) around the neck. If fitted to the neck the animal will be aware of the consequences of disobedience and even a ‘nick’ will not be necessary.

There is no magical button for SIT, DOWN, STAY, etc. This device still requires good training by the handler.
