BackShipping&Payment Policy

 

 

Shipping and Handling:

Australia & International Shipping-

All orders are shipped on the same business day that are made before 2pm(AWST), otherwise next business day.

Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped” and you will receive an email notification.

Australia-

Deliveries will be made within 1-3 working days for all the bark collars, remote trainers (Next day delivery for most Australia's metropolitan area)

For bulky items such as kennel,dog run, which will take up to 7 days

If the door-to-door delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post Branch awaiting collection.

Please feel free to contact us if you do not receive your purchase within 7 working days upon order placement.

International Shipping-

We are now serving international destinations unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries will be made within 3-10 working days.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to other fees and charges including Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Any additional fees and charges for custom clearance must be borne by recipient if applicable.

 

Payment Method:

1.  To ensure your payment is efficient and safe, we recommend using PayPal.  It will be processed instantly and item will be sent within 24 hours.

* You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit Card via PayPal.

2.  For purchases paid via PayPal eCheque, we will post the item once the cheque is cleared. This usually takes 3-5 working days.  Please refer to PayPal for more information.

3.  Bank Deposits – Your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

4.  For payment made via internet banking, please leave your order number as payment description.

 

 

Terms of Sale:

Price of item purchased is final and determined at the time of order.

Postage is payable by the Buyer in addition to the price for the item unless otherwise agreed with eDog.

Purchased item will be replaced if the item received is damaged/ faulty as agreed with eDog and must be returned within 2 weeks upon receipt.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Items come with 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
